RATIONALES

The Global Seminar on Strategic Issues in Higher Education was a summit meeting of international higher education experts, addressing questions of the Ownership and Quality in higher education, going beyond the established views. The Seminar comprised four panel debates in two sessions, each panel involving a number of panellists with complementary points of views, responding to each other, and followed by a question and answer session with participation of HEIs and HEAs leadership.
